A tool to securely document clinical communications with other caregivers. Specialist physicians routinely receive calls from other physicians to discuss patients, often out of hours or when they are away from their offices on call. There is no easy means of documenting this interaction for medico-legal documentation, for renumeration or arranging patient follow-up.
SKRIVA is phone app which fill this gap, allowing a structured and reliable means of recording and retrieving this information, including means of storing images and other files complying with legislated privacy and security requirements.
